Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: Threading my sewing machine

Go to http://www.singerco.com/accessories/manuals.html And type the model number in the manual search. Reading your message again, it might be that you have already downloaded the free one. Sorry if this is case. There is however a generic threading guide here http://www.singerco.com/resources/threading.html Hope this helps a little! Regards

SOURCE: Bobbin thread breaks

Things to check for thread breakage (top or bottom)

1. Good thread in the machine - not hand thread, cheap thread, quilting thread.
2. A burr on the hook - a small nick on the hook can grab and tear threads, however this usually causes the top thread to tear, not the bottom
3. Make sure a new needle is in the machine - one made for the material you are sewing
4. The bobbin must be installed to rotate in the correct direction in your bobbin case
5. And I'll say it anyway - tensions - the primary cause of thread breaking - Remember, there are TWO tensions in a sewing machine, top and bottom. Also, the thread you see on the bottom of the stitch is the top thread, and vice-versa.

SOURCE: Tension disc assembly - sewing machine

Sorry but there is no way to explain how to re-assemble the tension mech on here, you need to be actually shown or have someone do it for you. It is very fiddly and needs to be exact, can I suggest you get in touch with a sewing machine tech who(at cost) will sort you out.
Sorry I cannot be of any further help.

Tacsew t111-155 sewing machine skipping stitches after rethreading and changing needle

I don't have firsthand knowledge of this machine, but the machines I've used would do this when the thread tension was too high. Check the thread path for any dirt or buildup of fuzz from the thread. Also, check to make sure the thread tension adjustment isn't set too tight. Gently tugging on each thread one at a time may reveal which thread is binding and make your search more efficient. I hope this helps.

I can't seem to get my tension right. It keeps skipping and putting loops on the under side of fabric and the thread keeps unraveling and breaking . Tacsew T111-155

Check the needle to be sure it is the correct size for the type of fabric you are sewing and does not have a burr on the tip.

Raise the presser foot when threading the machine and this will open the tension control so the thread can properly seat into the control and form a proper stitch.

When the machine is threaded with the presser foot down, the tension control closes and the thread cannot enter as it should. In this case, the bobbin thread is the only thread with tension.

UNDER THREAD NOT CATCHING

Hi, This is a threading problem.
When you thread the machine, to make sure it is right in the top tension, thread as far as the take-up lever and stop.
Set the presser foot down, turn the top tension dial to zero, and then to 3 or 5. While turn the dial, pull the thread some to see if it tightens up as the dial increases in numbers.
After the thread comes out of the tension discs, it should then go through the check spring, then up to the take-lever.
The needle is correct and thread from the inside out, meaning right to left.

Hope this helps for now..

Take care

Top thread breaking on my industrial tacsew sewing machine that has been made into a quilting machine

Check threading is correct. If it is, check the tension. Sometimes it easy to misthread the upper thread tensioner. Also using a large spool that takes too much to spin it can have too much inertia and cause thread to break.

Tacsew T500 : Needle continually comes unthreaded

No this machine does not use a bobbin. I just purchased one too and called the supplier to help me keep mine threaded. He said they do not take much tension at all. So check your tension and then when threading it, make sure your thread goes under the bar in the center of the tension disk, not on top of.
Good luck, once you get it going it does a beautiful job!!!! Love it, Love it!
