If you mean an add-on card for internal use, your owner's guide should have that bit of info and if not, check the bottom plate of the case for an access 'door' that may require a small screwdriver to remove.
The slots are normally accessible for memory expansion.
I hope you have a slot free for upgrade at all; not every system leaves one empty but may use it to supplement permanent memory on the motherboard.
