Question about Asko T701 Electric Dryer
Unit is level and still dries clothes
Lint gets in to blower because the plastic on lower portion (below lint filter) of door is warped away from drum seal. Could be caused by heat or clothes dropping against it. If you have lint in the blower it is everywhere including heating elements. tear it apart vacuum and bend the plastic back. Have Had this problem for 5 years plus. when the unit starts to get louder its time to do it again. Other than that its been a good dryer.

I have a t700 qwhich was EXTREMELY noisy. It finally stopped working so I attacked it with a screw driver (torx). There are two rollers that support the drum on the front of the cabinet. I replaced them and it is quieter than ever before.

THE DRYER MAKES A BANGING NOISE LIKE THERE IS A DENT ON THE DRUM ITSELF

Mine was very noisy. Then I found the impeller clogged with lint. I cleaned it and now the noise is gone.
Remove the lower panel (2 Torx T20 screws).
Remove the impeller cover (1 Torx T10 screw and 4 snaps).
Reinstall covers. Don't overtighten screws.
