Question about Compaq iPAQ PA-2 MP3 Player
Have "napster to go" on my new aspire one netbook but I can't transfer music to my creative zen v plus. receive the error "an unknown error occurred and we were unable to transfer this track. please try again later" further details of error: 'body' is null or not an object.
have tried reformatting my mp3 and this hasn't worked. Also used the help in napster and haven't had any luck with this either.
Make sure you have the latest drivers updated. If needed, transfer songs from napster to media player and don't forget to sync you device and also if needed, go to control panel, and then to device manager, and make sure your device is reading, enabled, and working. You can also right click on the driver file and make sure it is NOT set to Read or Write Only.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
