Electrolux EOB976: cooker hose or copper pipe?

Hello,
The regulations state that the proximity of the hob to the cooker would dictate the use of a copper pipe to supply the hob.

Hope this helps.

Severely reduced gas supply to hobs while grill

Valve at back of cooker that isolates gas to the hobs when the lid is lowered is sticking. Move lid up and down half a dozen times or oil it to ease it.

Just bought new electric hob to replace old one need to no how to wire it up

WHEN YOU OPEN THE TERMINAL YOU NORMALLY FIND A CIRCUIT DIAGRAM IN THERE. YOU WILL HAVE AN EARTH, NEUTRAL AND LIVE TERMINAL. IT IS NORMALLY MARKED ON THE TERMINALS. GOOD LUCK. MAKE SURE THAT YOU SWITCH OFF THE POWER TO YOUR STOVE POINT TO MAKE SURE YOU DONT SHOCK OR GET AN ELECTRICIAN TO DO IT FOR YOU. THATS THE SAFER OPTION.

Replacing faulty regulator for hotplate

Remove hotplate and oven control knobs. Under the 2nd and 5th knobs is an extra screw which holds on the front cover. Unscrew these and free the cover then access is gained to the screws (2 on each edge) which removes the plate to which the regulators are fixed.Remove the faulty regulator by unscrewing it from the plate,(2 screws) It is an easy job then to install the new part taking care to put the correct wires on the correct terminals. Reassemble, job done!

Wiring for Neff Hob-not supplied/no wiring instructions

The details of how to wire the T1213 hob are printed on the base of the hob next to the terminal compartment. For a single cable installation, Neutral is connected to terminals 4 & 5 which should already be linked with a copper link. Terminals 1,2 & 3 should be linked together using the links supplied (hidden in the side of the terminal compartment) and Live is connected to any one of 1,2 or 3. The Earth goes to the terminal beside the cable clamp.

Left hand side not working

OK. I know whats wrong. On your terminal I guess you only connected the Large Brown wire to the number 2 terminal ( Live ) What you have to do is bridge terminal 1 and 2 together. You may need to peel back the heavy copper brown so you can split it evenly and ensure it can reach to terminal 1 and 2 . So what you have then is one cable feeding to both 1 and 2 terminal. If you have the smaller live brown wire just connect that to terminal 2 also. That should fix your problem. I will check back to see if you have any more problems..
