Water is pumping out but not spinning ful...

Check for a cold water supply problem, since cold water is used in the rinse. The failure to completely rinse out soap suds is a symptom of this type condition. Remove the water supply hoses and check the water inlet valve (especially the cold water side). Check the small metal screens inside the water inlet valve openings. Make sure they are clear of rust or debris. The solenoids can be tested using a multimeter or ohmmeter. Check for continuity. A lack of continuity means a bad solenoid.
