my monitor displaying OSD menu Automatically.......and monitor screen is also disturbed(as it shrink and its contrast will goes automatically at 100...and many more problems like this)

d problem is in a transistor costing little, situated near d monitor's osd control ic (microprocessor), it is probably short....[refer the connection n area around the front panel cn connector and crystal clock generator]
in case case of 45Bn & 55V..look for Controller Reset IC201/IC202 (KA7045/KA7045AP) [it is a small alike transistor 3 pin IC !!] along with the afore said..
and in case of 56V..look for +14V SW. Transistor A1281 & C945 (therein) along with the afore said..

Sounds like your monitor is dying. I s it plugged into the computer properly, this may remove the menu from appearing, but it sounds like you need to consider a new monitor. Monitors are so cheap , its not worth trying to repair, the cost would exceed a new monitor
