First of all, what is your router's firmware version? if it is 1.25, well there's no update as of this time. if lower than 1.25, here's where you can download the firmware http://www.dlink.com/products/?tab=3&pid=DI-624&rev=DI-624 .

SOURCE: D-Link DI-624 wireless router is not working after firmware upgrade try

Try to unplug the router and hold in reset button for 30 seconds see if that works, you probably did that already, But if you can get your computer to respond you should be able to open software Bios. and do your firmware update from there. If not I believe a hard reset is with the router plugged in and holding reset button for 30 seconds, I don't know I sure hope that resets it for you. Thanks take care
