Re: xda2

Try pressing the reset button at the bottom of the XDA 2 with your stylus, proberly just needs resetting or even a hard reset but this will lose everything and put it back to factory settings (Power button + Reset button together)

My o2 mobile screen not align model no. o2 [xda2s]

sounds like a faulty touch panel or if you have dropped it i know sometimes the casing bends and presses on the screen i have done many of these they are not easy to repair if you have to replace just the touch panel. but the casing can be pulled away from the screen. look around the front of the pda the corners are week and do bend in if there has been impact to the top or bottom corners.

C500 internal keypad

If your keypad does not respond after power on, and Home screen looks normal, and NO keys respond, then it is likely not a key problem. It may be a software problem.

You can try a Hard Reset of your phone. See my previous C500 problem responses as to how to Reset your phone.

If you are half-way handy, you might try looking for an obvious hardware problem by disassembling phone to point of keypad cable-to-printed circuit board interface. Clean interface and unplug/replug cable. If this works, it will save you from losing your personal data and app files due to a Hard Reset of the software.

Voice mail does not respond to commands from auto dialer screen

i found this on another forum... hopefully it's the answer we are looking for.

Re: Bug with Phone virtual number pad
I've found the answer to this problem!

Part of the problem is that the screen blacks out shortly after a call is connected.
When that happened I pressed the green phone button to get the keyboard back.

This keyboard image is a dummy. It visually responds to your touch but does not send the signal.

After you dial and your call is connected look at the bottom of the screen and you'll see that the normal menu tab changes and appears with the number 5 and letters jkl on it.

Pull it up with your finger. THIS is the keypad you must use when within a call to send number signals. I tested it and confirmed that it works.

If you have pulled up the dummy keyboard by pressing the green call button from within a call then simply hit the BACK button to see the real keypad tab.

If the screen has gone black and you need to light it up again then you can press BACK, HOME, or MENU to see the real keypad tab -- press anything BUT the green call button (which will give you the dummy keypad).

This dummy keypad is a true design flaw but knowing how to get to the functional one makes it an annoyance not a hindrance to using the phone.

are you syncing alot of medai or do you have large files on your handheld? if you do manually delete them from either a memory card or the handheld. this happens to me when i try to hotsync my palm, just unplug the hotsync cable when it seams to stop then reset your device. you could just take out your memory card too.
