I just passed here, and can see that maybe there are the same problem from another website, and there it is writing :

1.Connection problem with the computer:
See if your connection to the computer work properly, try to chance the USB entrance from your computer
OR
See if you had a fail installation of the driver to your product and reinstall the driver from here if it is this device :Creative Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra 1.30.03:

2. Problem with playing songs directly form the Mp3 player:
Try to reformat the mp3 player. Just go to "my computer" and highlight the Mp3 player and right click and choose format. (Before doing that try to copy all the stuff you have on the Mp3 player to your computer and then you can copy it back again when you have reformat the Mp3 player.)
OR
Close you Mp3 player, take the batteries out and wait for 15 min and reopen it.(chance the batteries if possible or be sure they are charged)

1. It could bee your USB connection on the computer: try a different one
2. It could bee your setup file that it is corrupted: download another one
3.If you not see the device in your computer it could bee that you have too many USB devices connected: try too disconnect some of your USB devices and then try to install the software.

I have set up my dazzle platinum video creator and i get the message "No input signal"


whatever you have your dazzle connected to must be turned on and receiving video... so if yo have it connected to a DVD player, the player has to be turned on and the error message will go away.

Getting error message 999 when trying to go to my mail

Can't get my player connected


I've had the same problem. This is wat I did:

Originaly this player was only plugged into a computer with windows Vista installed. I then plugged it into a laptop with Windows XP pro. It told me that it was unformatted and asked me if I wanted to format it now. I formated it as FAT32. Once the formatting was complete I unplugged the player and the display on the player said that is was creating folders. I had a functioning mp3 player once that was done.

Error message


Din unlock means 'digital input is unlocked' meaning it is not receiving a signal on the **digita**l input you have selected. ( eg optical or single co-axial digital from another cd player etc) Check your connections and re-select the source using the front panel until you select the one you want. What are you recording from?

Format crashed player


try to set the mp3 player USB mode to MSC. connect it with the computer. Try to format the device as FAT filesyste. Good luck
