Dishwasher doesn't drain

This dishwasher will drain sometimes but not always all the way. It seems after running a cycle it will look drained, but after a few hours it fills the bottom with water. The drain hose is clear, as is all the traps and drains under the sink. The screens aren't plugged but I haven't taken anything else apart yet. Any ideas?
