replaced the drum in our 8220, however we still receive a message to change the drum. Do we need to reset?

This message would continue to appear if the drum counter was not reset when you replaced the drum. To reset the drum:
- Open the front cover.
- Press the Clear/Back key.
- Press 1 to reset.
- Close the front cover, pressing firmly on each side until they click into place.
