Question about Movado 0604586 Wrist Watch
Hi, My watch stoppes after being in the dark for a while. After it had some quality time sunbathing, the chronograph is working fine but the time is not working at all. Any ideas?

It is hard to say not seeing the watch as different watches has different means of push or screw-on buttons. If your watch has a 200 metres mark on dial, then it can be the Helium valve, but it's just a guess. To make sure you'll get the right info, paste this link into your browser:
Find your movement caliber number and follow instructions.
If you can't find what you are looking for, upload full watch details here and I will try to find out.

assuming the battery isn't dead (IF IT IS DON'T TAKE THE BACK OFF, YOU
WILL LOSE THE SPRING THAT MAKES THE ALARM SOUND) the button on the
bottom right click it until the function selector is pointed to time,
then pull the button out, then the top two buttons i believe change the
hour hands. before setting the time you will need to zero this watch
out, or calibrate it or the date will not change in synch with the time
my battery is dead and i am a truck driver and am therefore having a difficult time (no pun intended) finding a place i can get parked to have my battery changed. please believe me when i tell you that you will lose this spring, a jeweler lost mine once and it took months to order a new one

Pull out crown and then push the upper button and hold it. The chrono hand should start move and you should be able to adjust it. If this doesn't work, try the same with lower button. When adjusted - push the crown back in. In fact there are very many variations how to reset chrono hand, but exact advise can be given if the movement caliber of particular watch is known.
Rate me, plz.
