Question about Fellowes Office Equipment & Supplies
There is a photo cell or switch that detects when it is full, this may be covered by a scrap of paper or paper dust. Make sure the shredder is unplugged and use a flashlight to look for the photo cell and use a small thin brush to clean it, If you clean it and it still indicates that it's full the photo cell or switch may have gone bad and will need replacing.
