Question about IBM 6400 Model 010 Matrix Printer
I replaced the CMX board and I'm still getting this same message. Any ideas? Thanks, Scott
Sorry to hear that you are having problems with your printer Scott.
Have you tried resetting the memory yet?
If you are using an Ethernet connection, disconnect your 10/100 card and turn it on.
If this doesn’t work you can also try resetting your defaults.
If none of this works, it might be that you CMX has lost some of its boot configurations and needs to be reflashed or possibly fixed. Depends.
If you are uncertain about these instructions, you absolutely should not attempt it.
