Hello sir; Go to do a reset procedure ; press "clear mode" key , then 107 and press and hold "clear/stop" key for 3 second, then turn power off and back on .

have you tried sc reset through the service mode and then turn off .. you can get to this by pressing yellow clear button then 107 then hold down the cancel stop button..wait for the screen to change then go to mode 5 and you need to arrow down to sp 5 810 sc reset execute turn off the copier and try turning on to see if it clears.. if not the ac board maybe defective caused by a power surge or static down the line..
The problem you are having is that developer has fallen down into that area good luck once this has happened the box must be taken apart and blown out... good luck
Ok, its a firmware bug, but you should be able to reset it. Press clear modes, 1, 0, 7, and press and hold clear/stop. Press 1 for copy sp. Scroll down to 7, (data log) press 7. scroll to 7807, and reset it. exit all the way out, and recycle the power.
This did not fix the problem. The touch panel only say's loading and nothing else..
