Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I do not know if the defective toner cartridge caused a problem or not…but…when I took out the defective and emptied the waste toner bottle…the black toner life will not move off of 10% life left and the waste toner is still showing full. I tried resetting the printer and doing a toner sense …no change…I am not sure if all the extra toner that went through the printer is blocking some sort of sensing from happening. Let me know what you think

The toner cartridge is not installed, or the printer detects a toner cartridge error. The error is caused by a defective cartridge, an unsupported cartridge an invalid refill, or a cartridge meant to be used in another geographic region.
If the toner cartridge is not installed, install it. If the toner cartridge is installed, remove it and install a new toner cartridge.
For Cartridge errors, Press and release the right button twice briefly to display secondary error codes.
