Hi there,

Step 1: Click on Start menu and then select Run by clicking it.
Step 2: Type the following command or copy the following bold line command in the Run text box:
REG add HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System /v DisableCMD /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
Step 3: After copying or entering the following bold line command, hit Enter key of your keyboard.
After following the above three steps, check your command prompt. You can easily enable your command prompt by following the above steps.

You have to open your anti-virus software, whatever you have installed on your system, and run a scan of the computer. (Go to STart>All Programs>choose your AV or internet security suite>Computer Scan). The AV program is not a part of windows, so each one has a slightly different user interface, but what you want is to do a complete or in-depth scan.
If you suspect you have a problem with malware, I recommend you follow at least the first four steps of this malware removal guide.
Using MBAM to scan your system will often detect and remove problems your AV may have missed. It is one of the front-line tools in the parasite fight, used by experts and novices alike.
If you have any trouble, write back with the details and we'll be happy to walk you through it.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

If for some reason you do not have an AntiVirus or Internet security suite installed on your system, I recommend you get a free copy of Avira or Avast AV.

While you should have only one AntiVirus application on your computer at a time, MBAM will not conflict with your resident AV program, and is safe to run in conjunction with any legitimate AV you have installed.

How to remove virus from phone memory using command prompt. What is the process to clean if it is possible through cmd process.please reply me.if not suggest other way.

I don't think that command prompt can delete the virus. You better use the anti-virus for pc called Quick Heal. It supports scanning mobile phones. And if you don't have a pc then give the phone to the Service center of the company.

How do i remove autorun virus?

Hi dear, you can remove your autorun virus without anti-virus just follow my instructions.

>>>> Open your command prompt and give these commands; for example if you have only one drive

>>>> D:/>attrib -s -h -r autorun.inf (and then press enter)
>>>> D:/> del autorun.inf (and then press enter)

Now take a reboot and after rebooting autorun virus will have been removed.

Note: if you have more than two drives you should change with D: like E: or F: or G: etc. and then give this command again and again for each drive and in the end take a reboot.

Now your drives have been cleared from autorun virus.

Good Luck

for more information you can contact me back.

Use sav32cli and scan your pc in command prompt.

http://www.sophos.com/support/disinfection/pedis.html

  1. Download an emergency copy of SAV32CLI. On an uninfected Windows computer, run this file to extract the contents into a SAV32CLI folder on a medium that can be write-protected. Copy the SAV32CLI folder produced onto a medium that can be write-protected. Add any relevant IDEs to this folder and write-protect the disk (on a CD/R or CD/RW close the session).
  2. Restart the computer in Safe Mode with command prompt.
  3. At the infected computer, place the CD in the CD drive (D: in this example). At the command prompt type
    D:
to access the CD drive. Type:
    CD SAV32CLI
    Then type:
    SAV32CLI -DI -P=C:\LOGFILE.TXT
    to disinfect the virus.
All other files must be deleted. Some of these were dropped by the virus and need not be restored. Others should be recovered from backups.
    SAV32CLI -REMOVE -P=C:\REMOVLOG.TXT
This command writes a report to the root of the C: drive. This report can be used to check which deleted files should be restored from backups.
In Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista, when disinfection and deletion have finished, restart the computer in Windows.
Install or reinstall Sophos Anti-Virus then run an 'All files' scan to check that the virus has gone.
  4. Before leaving Safe Mode, check any registry entries mentioned in the virus analysis recovery instructions, and edit them if necessary. If problems persist, contact support.
