Question about HP Photosmart 2710 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I put the 4GB SDHC card in the SD memory card slot of the printer and I get memory card error. If I put the regular 1GB SD card it can read it.
I guess this means the printer can not read the new format high capacity SD cards.I wish that this could be fixed by some sort of driver update for the printer as it is very inconvenient, especially now that all cards are nearly SDHC.
Well SD max is 2gb, so you can get 2gb if you want.
SDHC max is 32gb. If you are not on a budget, try upgrading your printer to a newer model.
SDHC is coming out with even newer models, now with a class 10 (10mb read/write speed - but very costly).
However, if it doesn't matter to you, might as well just stick with the same printer, since SD cards are coming down in price. Just make sure you get 2gb cards with a good class speed.
