He must have removed the battery when it was dropped. This is to prevent any further damage to the phone due to internal short circuit. Remove the battery and let the unit dry for few days or store it in a warm place beside a desiccant or silica gel.
The battery is drained and must be revived first. You can try using other battery so check if it's only your battery that is drained and makes the phone don't work.
To revive the battery, connect its terminals to a DC power supply with voltage between 5 to 9 volts. Do this until the battery gets warm..

Please contact the Saniflush/Saniwall company by phone and ask them.
Both my son and I have these units, we installed them many years ago, and the company is super helpful.
You may find their phone number on your computer.
God bless your efforts.

How to fix a toilet clogged with a plastic toilet tissue roller

you will probably have to remove the toilet, the roller is probably stuck on the flange. you can call a plumber but they will probably charge a lot for something you can do by yourself. most home improvement places will be able to walk you through the steps.

I received a Bushnell 5-day forecaster last year. It has worked perfectly until several weeks ago - it now shows 'network lost...try another location'. It started working a few days ago...and now it's back...

I have very briefly researched the device and find it isn't really a forecaster but a device that receives weather reports and sorts them but it isn't made clear how it accesses those Accuweather reports that are available by smartphone app or internet.
I speculate the device must either use any wireless local area network or it must access the mobile telephone network, which makes little sense as it is supposed to be a free service and mobile internet service providers usually wouldn't give anyone free access.

Perhaps the answer will be found in the device instruction manual.

If it is supposed to work through free access to the mobile telephone network, perhaps the cause is the service providers are flexing their muscles. There was some feeling a few years ago the Accuweather reports should be removed from the public domain and perhaps this is the beginning of a resurgence of that feeling.

I dropped my phone in the toilet a few weeks ago and it works....except for the down button....any ideas on what i can do?

The phone will have to be opened up and the corrosion will have to be cleaned. It can be cleaned with a toothbrush and some denatured alcohol. Any contact pads can be cleaned off with a pencil eraser. If you don't feel comfortable opening it yourself then check with your local repair shops.
