Your Tv Horizontal deflection doesn't work, try to switch ON your TV by remote control or by pressing the program up or down button in the TV set. If still working check the B+ in the capacitor rated 200Vdc. monitor the voltage as you press the program button, it must have a 90vdc , or remove first the Horizontal Output Transistor before you switch on the Tv. Then monitor the Voltage in B+. If it is present your Power supply is good, if not then check the component in Power supply section. if the B+ is present check the horizontal area.
