I can't xmit or receive on CB channels: Wx channels come in OK. I had a bad WalMart Special mobile antenna which shorted out because of corrosion. Now have a Diesel 15 inch mobile with tunable SWR tip. Connected antenna--no CB transmit/receive. Will I have to crack the case on the radio and start replacing IC's? Thanks!
