Question about Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate Edition
By restart I am assuming you have just turned it off for some reason. Go to the bottom right of your task bar and find the icon for the taskbar. It looks like a little computer with red and yellow boxes beside it (they're very small).
If you can't see the icon you may have to expand the list of items down there by clicking the little arrow on the far left of the little list of icons.
Once you have found it just right click on it and choose open from the menu.
