It requires a code

You will need to quote the radio SERIAL NUMBER for the code to be calculated.

This is found on a label on the casing and will begin with M++++++ (or L or C or V etc)

Post the code request on a new post quoting this Serial Number

Overhead console not working on 2001 Expedition. Checked the fuses they all look okay. Recently changed the battery, could a reset be required? Everything else seems to work fine. Could it just be a bulb?

This is a very common problem with many of the mid 2000 Ford truck and SUV overhead consoles. The console is very prone to internal failure. I offer a reasonable repair service with a lifetime guarantee, check it out: www.autoclockrepair.com
There is a bunch of useful info there. Drop me an email if you have questions, thanks!

2001 Ford Expedition - starts, won't shift out of park, windows n

Check the #15 fuse in fusebox behind marked panel on left lower dash just below and left of steering column. This is only a 5 amp fuse but it controls a lot. This fixed our 2001 Expedition. 25 cents.

How can I fix slow off the start in my 2001 expedition with a 5.4 in it be like after oil change

I don't know about this for sure, but when they change the oil, are they are disconnecting the battery? If they are, possibly the engine computer has to relearn its settings.

This is caused by either a defective antenna or the ground to the antenna.
