Question about Neff B1476 Pyrolytic Stainless Steel Electric Single Oven
My Neff won't start it's pyrolytic cycle when selected. The oven beeps when i turn the temperature dial to start the pyrolytic cycle. The oven is empty.
You have to remove the shelf supports (left and right) as well as the shelves. The manual tells you about the shelves but not the supports. I only found out as someone wrote the answer on another website

Hello katefreeman1 - Typically error code F1 indicates that the range has detected an issue with the runaway temperature (overheating). A certified technician will need to check the RTD sensor probe and/or EOC and replace if necessary. Try reprogramming the unit by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and restart range. Usually this will clear most false error codes. If it proves to be ineffective, contact a professional to move forward accurately.
