if the pc is branded for example HP, dell, you can find the sound drivers on their site however if the pc is custom built you can download and install belacr advisor os astra 32(free applications)and you can find out the make and the model of your sound card .once you have the make and the model you can download the drivers from the vendor's website.

1 click start menu --.>open control panel -->system.
2. on system properties click device manager tab
(that will show u any hardware not installed yet) seek for hardware with speaker icon..
1. open control panel
2. double click add hardware, then next-->
3. make sure ur hardware already conected and click yes then next
this way will show u any hardware not benn instaled yet.. good luck.. please notify me if this not solve ur problem
