Using a stolen serial Vista won't be genuine, and may expose you to malaware, since updates won't be enabled. Also many activators can carry spyware and malaware that can damage your OS.

You should buy one of move to a free operating system like Linux. You will be surprised how good they are. I'm using Debian Linux now :)
