This phone is CDMA, so it does not have any sim card slot as it has inbuilt system which is directly operated by the service provider.
No other service provider is compatible with this phone.

Erasing emails is done through the service provider, not the phone itself. The Samsung SCH-U310 Knack is a Verizon phone, therefore pressing "7" erases the voicemails. You must access the voicemail and allow each message to start before pressing 7 to erase it.
