Sony kds-60a2020 lamp problem

This is a lamp issue. Reseat the lamp and if that does not fix, replace.

The 5 blinks is indicating the lamp ballast needs replacement your model uses the Sony lamp Ballast 147401211 for sony models KDF42E2000, KDS-50A2000, KDS-50A2010, KDS-55A200, KDS-60A2000, KDS-60A2010, & KDS-60XBR2 amd LDS-R60XBR2
Which is available at the bottom of the page at the following link. The ballast comes with installation instructions,

there is a menu item for lamp replacement, that's where you turn the message off

have you tried making sure the lamp door is closed ... generally 3 blinks means the lamp door is not closed the door pushes a switch closed

If its lamp light on tv front that is blinking red then lamp is dead/ broken and need to be replaced. Lamp replacement procedure is easy and written in user mnaual of tv.
If it is standby/ power light that is blinking then please count how many times it is blinking after three seconds pause and let me know to diagnose tv problem because it is an error code that has info in its blinking.

Could be the lamp is failing.

make sure the lamp and lamp door are seated properly. does it blink any codes. 3 blinks is lamp or lamp door not seated properly
