This Phone is been locked
you must Unlock the phone by flashing it
it would cost around $5 or try to flash it yourself , but its a bit risky

I need to use my sim card

not sure if this is what you are after.

Your SIM card allows your phone to connect to GSM networks. When you insert your SIM card into a different unlocked phone, you'll be able to use your service on it. Similarly, if your phone is unlocked, you can insert SIM cards from different carriers into it, which can be useful when traveling.

Try and remove the battery and the sim card, and bend inward the sim card holder just a little, sounds like the sim card holder is allowing the sim card not to make connection.

I put the sim card in and it says insert sim card

Hi, when a phone says insert Sim,is either the Sim card or the Sim seater that allows the Sim to work is bad.

First try the Sim card on another phone and see if it will display insert Sim again. If it display that means the Sim card is damaged. But if no display, that means the Sim tray of your phone is damaged and will need to be replaced.

Contact a skill prsonnel.
Take care.

Can u use the nokia twist phone on t-mobile with out a sim card ?

no, because the network is gsm and uses sim card you have to have sim card or a phone that will take a sim card to use it on one of these networks. the sim card is what holds all of your account information and what you are allowed to do and not to do as well as all of the tower information and what towers to search for.

Sim Card Issue

Hello

What service provider was the phone made for (AT&T ect) and What Sim card are you using ? IS it new, was it used in your old phone, and what service provider ?

Basiclly what happens is you need to contact your service provider for the sim card your trying to use. Then they will link your sim card to the phones Identification number, allowing it to work properly.

Post back for further assistance. Thank you for choosing Fixya!

Only vodafone sim card working another sim card not working

Phones often carry what is called a "Sim Subsidy Lock." Which in plain words means that the phone is locked to only allow usage with one companies SIM cards.

There is a company called Davinci Team that can unlock the phone for use with another company's SIM card, but they charge about 50 euros for this service.

Insert correct sim card

Un-Clocked is temporary, allows free txt and calls for a few minutes.
Un-Locked from a network is what will allow you to use any sim card on your phone.
