Question about Sabrent PCI Video Card
Whenever you get bluescreen of death, its the issue with the driver you were using leading to the Crash or May be due to the RAM ISSUES, think you wont be having the RAM issue, Beacuse you system crases only , when you scan for channel so this is direct issue with the windows drivers..
The solution for your issue
STEP 1: try performating the windows update and update yu Vista to fix the latest Bugs,
STEP 2: Try updating the Audio driver to lattest vesion beacuse since the PCI card directly interacts with audio driver this could lead to the crash
STEP 3: Try updating the Video driver to the latest version and install the latest fix of DirectX due to the same as explained in previous statement
STEP 4: Check whehter you have downloaded for the Correct version of PCI card drivers, and try getting the latest driver from the company website rather than 3rd party website
IF nothing works, you have to wait for the comapny to release the crash free version of driver..
THink when you buy the card they would have developed for XP and they may be still in the process of deveoping and for temp puprpose they may lauched the BETA version of driver, which has cause this crash

This seems to be a driver problem. Are you sure you have the 64Bit driver?
On the Microsoft compatibility website the status is unknown.
Try updating the driver using the microsoft update.
Without the exact driver, unfortunately, there is no way you can use it with windows 64Bit.
However it will work with 32Bit windows.
