The plug may be fouled. Replace the plug. Also make sure it is wet with gas & not a watery gas mixture like I had in mine two weeks ago. Apparently the atmospheric pressure drop when it started raining caused it to **** in moisture.

If the plug is wet, have you checked to see if you are getting spark? I will assume (something I hate to do) for the sake of argument, that you do have spark. If you have gas and spark then the next place I would check would be the spark arrestor/exhaust port. Make sure it is clear of carbon build-up. It has to be some sort of compression problem, I would think, and that would be a place to start. Hope this helped and let me know how it goes! Best wishes.

Hello I have an echo pb-500T, my cord won't pull.

Remove the impeller and check for loose motor mount screws. With the impeller off and the spark plug removed and the pull start functioning properly; if it still wont pull then its likely internal and due to be replaced.

My weedeater has no spark at all

If there is no spark then I would suggest checking out the plug wire for cracks or breaks If there is none present then the ignition coil could be finished Take it off take it into your small engines dealer and get him to test it.

I suggest cleaning the carburetor and replacing the diaphrams. The diaphrams come with a rebuild kit that has a lot of unused parts.

It is very easy to flood this item mind you its easy to flood all petrol trimmers. If plug is wet simply turn the switch to off and pull cord at least 15 times you should get the engine to start coughing keep pull cord but do not turn the petrol on do not prime it either. It should catch. If it does not push the primer once and pull cord
