Question about Apple iPod touch
New Ipod touch... and I've downloaded some apps from the Itunes apps store onto my computer (PC) sync'd my Itouch and no apps appear. I CAN download them wirelessly but don't have wireless at this PC. Need to find out how to transfer them from my PC to Itouch, isn't it supposed to be automatic?
Not always automatic. You do need to go into the apps tab while in iTunes (looking at the highlighted iPod) and select the apps to sync. As long as the box is checked next to it and you legitimately own the app and it is iPod Touch compatible, it should work without a hitch.

Welcome to Fixya
You may need to do soft reset on your iTouch. Press and hold the "menu" and sleep buttons simultaniously for about 10 seconds until you see the screen go blank. When the screen shuts off you may stop pressing. The screen will then light up with the apple logo.
Thank you for using Fixya!
