I would guess you are loading A4 paper in the printer.
It is likely the Page Setup within the web browser you are using is set to "Letter" size paper, hence there is a miss-match between the size of paper in the printer and the size of paper selected in your web browser.
The method of changing the paper size in your web browser will vary from operating system to operating system and web browser to web browser. Try looking under the "File Menu" look for "Page Setup" ensure this is set to A4.
You may also need to check the default paper size selected within the printer driver, again ensure this is set to A4 (if this is the paper size you are using)
1. push "custom settings" button 2.select the "tray settings" button on the screen itself 3.select the tray you want to change the paper setting 4.Select the size and type of paper that is loaded in the tray.
The currently selected paper type will be highlighted. • To change the paper type selection, touch the appropriate type key. • To change the paper size selection, touch the appropriate size key. • To change the displayed size selections to AB sizes, touch [AB ? INCH].
Message will appear asking you to check the paper in the tray.
Check the proper orientation of the paper. For example, if you are loading A4 size. In your tray you can find 2 A4 size. Select A4R in you want to position your paper Landscape or A4 if portrait.
To verify also the correct paper size, put your paper on the platen glass. Markings on the two sides of the platen glass shows the correct paper size.
THE DOCUMENT WAS SAVED AS A C5 "SIZE" OF PAPER AND THE PRINTER IS ASKING YOU TO PUT THAT SIZE PAPER IN THE MANUAL FEEDER. HAVE THE PDF FILE RECREATED IF POSSIBLE AND SAVE IT AS THE APPROPRIATE SIZE PAPER.
Mr Stephen You have to check paper settings at 3 places first that you are putting correct paper size in correct tray and the paper supporter is touching the paper. Secondly your documents page setup paper size. Finally go to printer properties and under paper selection you will find letter size change it to a4
Thankyou for using free solutions at yafix-ratings from your side would be appriciated.
Check your printer for paper size and type settings. Ensure they are set to letter and plain1. Also check the program you are printing from (Word, wordperfect, etc) and ensure the paper size is correct there as well.
Check the paper size setting in the printer. Set it to the paper size you normally use such as A4 and the default tray. Check the default paper size in the printer driver in your computer and the default tray. Finally, check the paper size of the document you are printing. If all these match, it should not try to be smart and ask you to feed paper.
The paper size selected in the menu system must match the paper size in the rec. (recording) paper tray. If you have 'letter' size paper in the tray and the menu system is set for 'A4' paper you will get this message. Either put A4 size paper in the tray, or change the paper size in the menu system to 'letter'.
