is your door switch which is supposed to be made before the dryer will start. If it's starting before the switch is touched by the door the spring in it may be sprung.

Control panel turns on but dryer won't start. Start/pause button flashing as usual, but just beeps twice when pushed.

That generally means the door is open. Assuming you have the door closed I would investigate the switch that tells the dryer the door is open. It may be bad.

Door is ajar message when shut light comes on but doesnt run

That's because the door switch isn't getting pushed when you're closing the dryer door for some reason or another. Its located at the top of the door. Try pushing the switch by hand and seeing if the light shuts off when you manually push it.

Dryer drum want turn

I am hoping the problem is the belt. One way to tell is to put your ear to the machine and start it, and see if you can hear the mortor whirring. You should. If so, the machine should be needing a new belt. Most belts last about 5 years. If there is no noise of the motor, you may have either a defective door swirtch ( they are cheap plastic) or you may have an electrical issue.
Be blessed.

Dryer won't start. Door is fully closed, I checked the circuit breaker, the lint catch is fully in place. set timer and push start, but nothing happens

You can check the door switch...its a small lever like button that the door pushes inward when closed...with the door open press it softly and listen for a click...if you have a light inside the drum it should go out when you press the switch..If its not that.. it could be a the timer switch/dial and those could cost upward of a $100...these part can found with any local repair shop/person Good Luck

Dryer will not start when door is closed and start button is pushed. the digital display works when setting cycle, in fact everything seems normal except when the start button is pushed, nothing happens.

could be several things but mot likely the switch that tells the system tha the door is closed is not working I suggest going to http://www.repairclinic.com/ to see what tey kno about your specific make and model and the ot common issues with them. chances are if its an electro-mechanical failure it's not just you :)

Good luck, Enjoy :)

Dryer drum will not turn

The dryer will not start with a broken door switch. Replace the door switch if found defective.

Most dryers have a door switch actuator lever - when you close a dryer door, it presses against the lever, which actuates the door switch. If the lever is broken, the switch will not activate and the dryer will not start. Replace the lever, if broken.

Note: Door switch actuator lever usually comes with the door switch assembly and it is recommended to get the whole assembly since there is almost no price difference between the door switch assembly and just the lever. Check your model for more details.

Kenmore elite he3 electric dryer

If you get a series of four rapid beeps when you push START in an attempt to start your dryer, your door switch (interlock) is defective.  I have experienced this problem before and it is a fairly simple problem to fix.  The easiest way to tell is to open the dryer door and push the door interlock in by hand.  Hold it in while pushing the START button.  If the dryer starts, then all you have is a simple problem of the door not closing properly.  If the dryer still does not start, however, replace the dryer door interlock.  The interlock should also make a definite "click" while pushing it in.  If it does not, the switch is worn out.  Some dryers have an upper and lower door interlock.  If yours is equipped with two interlocks, make sure they are both functioning and that the door is latched properly.  I have experienced problems where dryers doors with two interlocks would close at the top, but not at the bottom.  The dryer would not start as a result.  If you can provide me with your model number I can get a part number and price for you.  I can also tell you where you can get the part and provide instructions on how to replace it.  Let me know.  I hope this helps you.
