That is a tough one unless you are an experienced tech. To kill a NIOS password, you'll have to pull the mainboard battery if it can be removed, however most can.

Pulling the battery will kill the settings like passwords. After putting the battery in again you'll get an error which is normal. The password will be gone.

Hire a tech if you are not sure how to do this.
