You can look up part numbers and study parts diagrams at Kawasaki.com. By comparing the pictures to what you have you can see if you are missing anything.

Need to replace starter bendix on 1994 750 kawasaki xir

It is fairly easy to change your starter bendix. Just start by disconnecting the battery cables. Then you will remove the bolts on the flywheel cover, which also hold the starter in place, and then just change the old part out with the new one.

What oil and how to you check it in a 93 kawsaki 750 jet ski, not engine oil the transmission oil

Your 750 jet ski does not have a gear box. If you are referring to what looks like a filler cap on the front of the motor, that is the generator/flywheel cover and it is a dry compartment and should remain that way.

Kawasaki jet ski starter motor removal

To get access to the starter you will probably have to lift the motor out of the machine. Most Kawaski hulls do not give you much room to work. When you take the exhaust off you may have enough room to unbolt the starter.

1998 kawaski jet ski that boggs down on take off

Sounds like this bike sat for a while. When carburetors sit, the jet's inner diameter shrinks slightly from oxidization/micro-corrosion, and the diameter of the needles that go through them grows for the same reason.

Replace the jets and the needles that go through them.

I had this problem with a Suzuki GS850. When I fixed it, I treated the bike as I had been before I fixed it on the test drive, and almost launched myself off the back of the bike when I first opened the throttle. Careful.

1992 Bombardier 5805 Jet Ski that will not start. I've replaced the gas, battery, & spark plugs but it only makes a clicking sound instead of the motor actually turning over.

Open your electric box and short across the two solenoid terminals. If your starter works you have a bad solenoid. If you tap on the starter with a plastic hammer while holding the starter button and the starter works, you need new starter brushes. If you take apart the starter and coils are burnt or your armature is shorted you need to replace the starter motor assembly.

1989 650 jet ski starter drive spins but not turning motor, drive is working fine when removed.

it is probably too wore out to crank the engine. replace brushes and bearings or find a new starter.
