Problem for Apple Mighty (MA086LL/A) Mouse

Mighty Mouse has stopped scrolling down. Can't figure out why.

My cordless mighty mouse will not scroll down. It scrolls in all directions except down. Took back off and cleaned with Q tip and rubbing alcohol. Reconnected bluetooth settings. Still doesn't scroll down. What's the problem?

did you replace the battery,clean the sensor which is in line with the scroll key.
