N1996 seems to be manufactured by MSI.
If you are able to boot up your computer and login to windows its easy to find out.
Use software's like Hwinfo, Everest or Sandra.

Possibly MSI or HP Pavillion
There should be some other info on the board maybe between PCI slots or on the very bottom edge.
