more than likely it has a screw down crown. Turn the crown towards you to release it from the case tube then wind it forward. Make sure that you tighten the crown when finished winding it or you will get water into the watch.
hope this helps, gabe.
If you have the crown in the first click position (date set position) the date set wheel is most likely damaged. Otherwise, if it does not change in 24 hours, it is the date wheel itself that is damaged.
This happens in all watches over time, as even quartz watches must technically be serviced every 3-5 years. 90% of manufacturers quote this as the standard service rate for quartz and mechanical watches.
If this watch has sentimental value, and you will want to contact a local Certified Master Horologist or Certified Quartz Technician about replacing the movement. Replacing Timex movements is generally more expensive than purchasing a new watch.
If the watch is still in warranty, you may consider contacting Timex about replacing the watch free of charge at: firstname.lastname@example.org
You need a replacement stem and crown. I would replace the stem just to be sure you arent putting a new crown on a damaged stem.
Sakgen is very good about repairing their watches. Unfortunately this doesnt fall under their warranty but the repair directly through them is an average price for this part.
Generic after market crowns are also available at local watch repair shops. Make sure that if you go this route that you select a shop that can reseal the watch to is water resistance rating so you do not void your lifetime limited warranty on the movement. This mean they must have a pressure testing chamber and be able to supply printed proof of resealing.
The Toy Watch website has instructions on setting the time. Not sure about the date:
Setting Your TOYWATCH
1. Unscrew crown by turning it toward you.
2. Pull the crown out until you hear a click.
3. Turn the crown to set the time as desired.
4. Push in the crown and screw away from you until it is

No, there isn;t any downloadable manuals for Rolex watches, but operation of Rolex Datejust is very simple: 1) when you unscrew the crown, it is in winding position, 2) when you pull out the crown to the first click, it is in date setting position, 3) when you pull the crown further out to the second click, it is in time setting position. To find the daytime or night time on the watch: pull out crown to the second click and advance watch hands forward till you pass the 12 mark on dial. If the date changes as you pass it - it is the night time (midnight). If the date do not change as you pass it - it is the daytime (noon). After all settings being done, allways screw the crown back down as it protects the watch from water and moisture. Never use watch in sauna- it's not designed for that. Do not forget to rate, please.
