Re: Samsung lcd tv mod.# LN-S 4051D\r\nNo power.

Re: Samsung lcd tv mod.# LN-S 4051D No power.
I opened up power supply, and replaced four bulging capacitors 10v, 1000uF.
Now when I power it up, red indicator light blinks 4 times, and I still have no power.
Any solutions?

First, check for short circuits. More likely that a semiconductor ( let's say a power transistor or diode) is acting like a conductor.

Also, check the inverter board, the part that lights the tube in the display. It may have a short circuit.

Transistors and diodes are easy to determine if it have a short circuit or if it's open, there is no need to remove the part, but be sure to discharge the capacitor before checking.

Good luck.

Check and, replace your D1,D2.etc. diodes
if you have a scope look for the transitional waveforms converting from AC to DC power. this is usually accomplished by a transformer T1 that bridges the two voltages. the set will either use a rectangular block with 4 wires going to the board that has a corner sliced off (12 volt full wave rectifier) or, four diodes to convert the ac (wall)voltage to dc (tv) voltage

TV takes a long time to come on, then after a while, it starts turning on and off.

This LCD might have a defective power supply. I would suggest to open the back cover and inspect the power supply for swelling/bulging capacitors that are located near CN801.
Check the following link to find the power supply: http://www.shopjimmy.com/samsung-bn44-00184a-power-supply-unit.htm

Check the power supply to see if you have any bulged capacitors. If so, then you should be able to just replace the capacitors. If not, replace the power supply.
