Question about Cooktops
I recently had a wolf 36 inch electric cooktop installed professionaly. The cooktop was bought on the net. It has a safety lock feature and will not unlock. What could be wrong

SOURCE: need help to unlock the cooktop
You will have to hold the lock button down for 3 or 5 seconds for it to unlock. If this doesn't help, it could be a stuck key pad or a problem in the circuit board.

Hello John..... Call the store and ask them what code is needed for this model. They put it in showroom mode and they should have taken it out of showroom mode before it left the store. Shame on them. Joe
