Question about Zyxel P660HW-D1 Router
Try to reset the device to the factory default - it should be in user manual.
For your router it should be like that (but anyway it's better to check your own copy):

Hehe ... really little known problem with a EASY SOLUTION
when you access your login page (http://192.168.1.1), there is a field asking you for a password with four dots inside
you just assumed that it has been autocompleted and you pressed ENTER and when you go to status page - it's just a status page with menus disabled :)
go back to login page and enter "1234" in field and then press enter
and VOILA! it works :)
it's a bit stupid but zyxel calls it a "SECURITY" feature
hope i helped

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
