Question about Dell Computers & Internet
Confirm if you have the following applications installed on your PC. But first be sure that the vga driver is installed. The practical way to confirm that the vga is installed is to play a video with a media player application. If during playback the pictures do not hop/break, you know that your vga is installed. Otherwise go to device manager and update your vga driver. To do, this right click on my computer/properties/hardware (xp) then device manager (vista) device manager. Here, look for display adapters. Here you should see a yellow caution sign. Right click on it and select update driver. Mind you, you must be online at the instance.
When that is done and you still are encountering the same problem, download and install the following applications:-
2. java (jre-6u15-windows-i586-s)
