Hello, I just bought the PROCOM MD300TGA Garage heater.I did'nt receive any paper work with the unit regarding what size propane line to run to it.I would guess it to be either 3/8 or 1/2.What do you...

Depending on the run of gas line required, most area building codes require a minimum of a 1/2". However, the last 6' can be 3/8".

Also, you can download the Owners Manual from the ProCom Website or from the World Marketing website.

Pilot light won't stay lit.,and shuts heater off when it goes off.

Could be the thermocouple...or the gas regulator....there should be a troubleshooting guide in your manual that should help you diagnose the problem. If you dont have a manual check out the Procom Website and click "Customer Service" then go to the manuals. Hope this helps!

Need manual and wall mounts

I don't have a manual for the HGA, but that heater is identical to the ML300HBA, with the exception that it has a black piece of sheet metal that hides the flame.

The manual for the ML300HBA can be downloaded from my website:

A wall mount bracket comes with the unit, but if you don't have one, you can call Procom Customer Service at 877-886-5989 or World Marketing Customer Service at 800-776-9425 and ask for one.

Looking for: ProCom Model MNO60HBA (about 3 years old) 6000BTU-Natural Gas-Serial#3620775. I want 3 of the plastic like adjuster knobs on top of the heater. Not the igniter button but the one to allow gas...

Control knobs can be purchased from Procom customer service at 877-886-5989. If you can't find them there, call Kozy World's customer service department at 800-776-9425 and tell them you need a control knob for a KWN109 (same size heater, manufactured by Procom, so same control knob).

Heater will not stay lit on auto procom ml 300 blue flame

If you have an ML300HGA, it is a manual-control heater, which means you turn it on and you turn it off. No thermostat. It does not have an AUTO setting.

Likewise, the thermostat-controlled models do not have a Manual mode. If you have the ML300TBA, it has a thermostat and will turn itself on/off in order to maintain a room temperature.

On manual models, the numbers (if any) on the dial are heat output selections. Set the control to the highest heat setting and that's what it does until you turn it off.

On automatic thermostat models, the numbers on the dial are temperature selections. Set the control to the highest heat setting and the heater will continue running until it is 85-90 degrees, then shut off. Set it around 2 and it will maintain a temp of around 70 degrees.

All Procom heaters are either automatic (thermostat-controlled) or Manual. None are both.

Pilot goes out!!

My manual shows three possibilities:  1) Insufficient fresh air available for combustion, so ODS kicks off gas flow 2) Low gas line pressure (should be between 11 and 14") or 3) ODS/Pilot is partially clogged.  Toll free number for ProCom is 877-886-5989.
