Jen aire ice maker not working

Model #JCD2389DES Jen air ice make in freezer is no longer making ice, are their any simple ways to try and fix it?

WizThere are a number of things that cause this!! Is the arm in the up or down position.It must be down!! Up position stops the ice making.The next thing is making sure you have water to the units ice maker.Or if the unit has ice in the tray and it won't dump.You may have to replace the ice maker.
