My katana started and ran fine last night, i put it in the garage and after work today i tried to start it, it started fine, i went inside while it was warming up. when i tried to move it, it shut off now i cant get it to start again. it will crank but wont turn over. i dont have any clue what to do, i tried the choke and fuel cutoff switch and still cant get it to stay started.
Modern motorcycles have a kill switch if the bike is in gear and the kickstand is down. That kickstand switch is the first thing I would check. Will the bike start in neutral with the clutch pulled in? Have you checked your charging system connections (loose connections or a failing battery can cause all kinds of strange symptoms.)Modern motorcycles have a kill switch if the bike is in gear and the kickstand is down. sounds like a fuel pump or maybe check on the asd relay or fuel pump relay try taking them off and tap on them then try to start if no start sounds like a fuel pump or timing belt issue. good luck
had a 2000 blazer 4.3 wouldnt start in really cold enviroment..... ended up being the FUEL PUMP RELAY.... it still running good... bout every ther day or so... but it acted like your truck
sounds like you blew a head gasket or cracked the head it will be expensive to repair. anytime you have white smoke coming out the exhaust you have water in the conbustion chamber.
If the clutch assembly of the car is damaged or has wearied out. It may cause problem to put the gears. The best solution is to replace the clutch assembly.
