Question about Dell UltraSharp 1707FP Monitor
Dell 1707FP Flat Panel the power button is damange, how can open the monitor to fix the button
I used two thin putty knives this morning to open the monitor case. First, unscrew the four screws at the back. Then insert a putty knife into the small crack between the front bezel and the monitor shell. Carefully work you way around and wiggle the putty knives. Note that the front buttons are attached to the thin black edge at the front, and there's a thin cable at the bottom. Don't damage that. You can take off the back shell though.
