The paper snarls up when it is drawn into the printer and then jams.
It looks as though the paper is being pulled to the right as it is drawn in so maybe there is a problem with the roller?
I bought it on 6th September 2008 and it has gone wrong exactly one year and one day later hence is out of warranty. It's almost as if there is a chip inside saying breakdown and buy a new one!
I shall not be buying HP printers again.

The paper gets stuck in the roller and is not drawn up to the drum. The beginning of the problem started when the paper was never pulled from the drawer. When I open the paper drawer after a Paper Jam error, the paper is bent backward but still detached. Now it is drawn in but sticks.....margoa
