Hi Consuelo,
If you cannot access the files stored in memory card, try transferring files onto a computer , and then opening them.
If that does not work, test camera with a different memory card, the card may be faulty.
Id the card is defective, you may not be able ot open the pictures, and some file may be lost.
In that case, all you can do is trying one of the software available below:

- The I85 will play any regular movie file taken with the camera without the aid of any converter.
If the movie is a valid file, it will be displayed like a picture, showing the start of the movie. When you click on the file the camera will start playing.
If files are not played on camera and computer, then either files are corrupted, or they are not movie files.
If files are played on camera, but not on computer instead, then you may need to download codec softeare on the computer, in that case it will be useful knowing file extension.

- The I85 supports many media file, but may not play certain formats because of the compression used.
The converter is used to convert formats like SMI, I will look for more info on supported formats.
